Processing & Handling Time

  • In-stock models ship within 48–72 hours from our Hong Kong warehouse.
  • Used / second-hand miners ship within 5–7 business days after full testing and verification.
  • All used miners undergo a complete functionality test before dispatch.

Courier & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, or other premium carriers.
  • Tracking details are emailed within 24–48 hours after shipment.
  • Typical delivery time is 5–10 business days worldwide via express shipping.
  • Customers will receive email notifications for all order updates.

Packing & Safety

  • All miners arrive with the appropriate PSU and original manufacturer packaging.
  • We reinforce parcels with FRAGILE labels on all sides to prevent handling damage.

Taxes & Customs (DDP Service)

  • We offer Door-to-Door DDP shipping to:
    USA, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Russia, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, UAE, Malaysia, Thailand, and selected additional countries.
  • Under DDP shipping, we handle customs clearance and duties, so the buyer pays no import taxes.
  • DDP must be requested manually at: sales@asicmarketplace.com
  • For countries not covered by DDP, we can assist in reducing taxes by shipping with a lower-value invoice (upon request).
